It wasn’t “mean things” but blatant propaganda that cost the election. And now we have even more genocide. That’s what’s fucked up. I think it’s fair to express that frustration without having people spin it.

If you’re tired of hearing it, I’m also tired of hearing how a million Gazans are being displaced so that a kleptocrat can do as he pleases. Something that could have been avoided by not discouraging voters.

Ah yes the dems would have magically stopped doing the thing they’ve been doing for the past year.

Can you please read carefully? I’m saying things would’ve panned out differently with Harris, mainly not fanning the flames after the ceasefire deal had been reached. Everything went out the window with Trump because he cares even less. Or tell me, would’ve Harris proposed building resorts in Gaza for the millionaires instead of, you know, rebuilding?

And would’ve Democrats taken an active role in the conflict? Nope, they wouldn’t have changed anything about what they were doing because they were passive af. The situation was reaching its own conclusion and then Trump stepped in to stir the pot again with this Gaza plans. We all saw the Trump BS coming before the election and that’s the source of my frustration. This whole Genocide Joe thing really put the blinders on some folks that we still can’t manage to remove.

Tbh I think we have about equal genocide. No dog in this fight just doesn’t seem like doing anything to curb Israel was on either admins menu.

I don’t think it’s equal amounts of genocide because the ceasefire happened during the week of the inauguration. That’s when Trump tried to take credit for it because he kept inserting himself in the middle of it to no avail. We know that Harris wanted to distance herself from Biden’s presidency. She hesitated answering questions about Gaza seeming uncomfortable giving the expected answer, and even stated the whole situation was heartbreaking. Which means Harris wouldn’t have thought to kick out the Palestinians to build some BS money grab on their land because Biden wouldn’t have done it either anyway.

Neither Biden nor Harris would’ve given Israel reason to start back up again or fan the flames further–but Trump did because it’s a Trump Think to Do. He gave Netanyahu a plan and he was delighted to put a heave wrench in the works that he had been trying to sabotage the whole time. The only reason it’s starting up again is because Trump is enabling and actively encouraging Netanyahu to be a sociopath by steering away from the reconstruction with all these stupid alternative plans for the region that no Democrat would’ve supported (or even come up with, let’s be honest).

Idk, seems an awful lot like Benny just wanted to give Trump the credit. Israel rug pulled the Biden administration on peace talks like eight separate times before that. When I say rug pulled, I mean that they just didn’t even bother showing up. Israel showed no indication at all, at any point, that they were taking the Biden administration serious, and why should they? They were handing over the free bombs just as fast as you like, but tut-tutting at them while they did it. That’s an unserious stance that doesn’t deserve respect.
