But the most shocking allegations came from Bakaj, who not only claimed that accounts based in Russia were using newly created DOGE usernames and passwords to access sensitive data, but also directly tied the effort to Elon Musk and his Starlink concerns, which has a relationship with the Kremlin.

“There are two data points that I wanna point out that should give everybody pause,” Bakaj said. “The first thing, what Dan witnessed was that within 15 minutes of DOGE employees creating user accounts, i.e. Usernames and passwords, within 15 minutes of those accounts being created, somebody or something from Russia tried to log in with the right username and right passwords — that is to say — the right credentials. And that happened over 20 times.”

Jiminy Fuck. These fucking traitorous clowns are just flipping all the Destroy America switches and the pithed chuds who put them there can’t even spell computer.

A friend earlier commented that “maybe they didn’t intentionally hand over the credentials and instead the devices belonging to the DOGE doofuses were already thoroughly pwned by Russia” — basically what if it was due to incompetence?

I consider this a possibility, but also, it’s not exactly any better — it’s just a different kind of awful. Either way, it’s unjustifiable

I know this is a joke, but the orbit has been narrowed down and it isn’t going to hit Earth. Last I saw it had a very small chance to hit the moon though, which would be quite the event. Even that’s incredibly unlikely.

Something that I’ve wondered ever since I heard about it: is that cause for concern, still? Or do we expect it to do little damage to our moon or its orbit?

The moon is hit by objects constantly. Just look at it’s surface. It wouldn’t significantly change it’s orbit or anything like that, but I imagine it’d probably create a plume that’s visible from Earth most likely.

So no, there’s no need to be concerned, and there never was really. Even if it had hit Earth (which was always very unlikely), it’d likely hit the ocean because that’s most of the surface. The media tried to make you scared because it generated clicks, but it was never a serious concern. If you’re willing to get into a car and drive every day then you accept much greater risks than this ever was.

Ah; I’ve only heard bits and pieces here and there so I wasn’t scared but I had been under the impression it was of a size for sufficient low-key worry (and that’s why it was better that it’d miss Earth) which was why I was confused as to why hitting the moon, then, would be any better.

              Thanks for the clarification!

It was only a city killer so even if it hit earth thats a 70% chance of hitting the ocean and not even creating any substantial waves.

Climate Change. That’s the meteor. That’s behind the dive to annex Canada and Greenland. It’s also why Peter Theil has a bunker in New Zealand.

All because there will be areas of climate stability to go with the areas rendered uninhabitable.

Russia is likely to be a climate winner. For a time anyway.

The super rich will just bounce around the globe between islands of stability.

The rest of us will die in the water wars.

It’s a question of organization, in the face of forces working hard to prevent it. It’s possible but not easy. And someone needs to be the spark that gets the fire going.

Uhm, there is another bit in this article…

And then the other thing that I wanted to flag for everybody is that right now that, I don’t want to say that this is intentional, it could very well have been a mistake, is that critical infrastructure databases and many government agencies, as we understand it, have been exposed to the open internet, which includes critical databases at the Department of Energy, which includes a lot of our nuclear regulatory agency material.

Musk, like Peter Thiel, Curtis Yarvin, Marc Andreesson - the list of tech billionaires goes on - doesn’t want a democracy. They want to replace the elites. They want a technocracy/monarchy, just like Musk’s grandfather tried to implement.

      Traitors is 100% the word.

“I no longer believe democracy and freedom are compatible” - Peter Thiel

“If Americans want to change their government, they’re going to have to get over their dictator phobia.” - Curtis Yarvin

Well yeah. The U.S is currently a Russian puppet state. This is known by pretty much every intelligence agency around the world by now. They did it to the U.K too but has so far mostly failed in the rest of Europe. Russia has been pumping money into right wing movements and making allies across the western world for decades and put up a lot of politicians with cushy jobs in exchange for services rendered.

See, that still doesn’t make sense. How will helping Russia steal Americans data help other Americans gain more power, control, and wealth?

Those who desire power do not share it

You would think they would be working against each other. Despite the ultimate goals of the two groups being similar in shape and colour. Ultimately they are polar opposites because the intent is for each group to have “power, control, and wealth” for themselves and no one else.

They don’t want Americans to gain power, control and wealth. They want a cabal of rich men to gain power, control and wealth. And they feel no loyalty to any country or person, and no morality. All that guides them is their nose for whatever will increase their own power, control and wealth. That might mean loyalty to Trump or Putin, but only because a lack of loyalty would obstruct the process of increasing your power, control and wealth. Loyalty itself is only another form of expediency for them.
