“Resisting arrest places those being arrested, the agents, and the community at risk.”
But masked men who don’t identify themselves properly aren’t arresting you, they’re kidnapping you until they prove otherwise.
son says
There is video of them punching him multiple times in the head after taking him down to the ground. Acting like we only have the son’s word for the fact that this was a violent arrest injuries is crazy journalistic cowardice.
crazy journalistic cowardice
That’s all we’ve been seeing since the first time Ajent Ornj was in office.
And now that they know he has no problem arresting journalists who he doesn’t like, it’s even worse.
All the people in charge who could do something about it are showing they are excellent at two things: placating the masses, and kissing a dictators ass.
Too many normal people are just barely making it by and don’t want to lose what little they have by taking a stand, especially when they might be standing alone.

Where are the lawsuits over all this kind of thing? Is this America or not?
You need money for lawsuits, and Democrats are too busy funding septuagenarians running for office to pay for this shit
Don’t lawyers advertise “We don’t get paid unless you do”? You’d think they’d jump at open and shut cases like these.
That’s only for personal injury cases, where they mainly go after insurance companies. They don’t go after cops (or even “cops” like these ICE fellas) that have qualified immunity and government resources backing them up. This case isn’t as open-and-shut as it should be.
Revolution it is, then.
Yes, we are quite revolting
You don’t even know who to sue thanks to the masks, they will charge him with assault afterwards and Tricia McLaughlin will lie again about as soon as she opens her mouth
Seems to me you’ve got a name right there.
Was America…but it seems it isn’t what it said it was.

What?
… bot screwing up its post and responding to the wrong place? No idea, doesn’t seem to be responding to either the article or any comment in here. There is a slim chance it’s some weird artifact of the federation process.
Oh, sorry. Voyager had saved a reply I was working on, but I didn’t realize it responded to the wrong article.
