    I would hope that Canada would accept refugees persecuted by an oppressive dictatorship the same as any other country. Not only do I hope that, I’m pretty sure they would.

        The Americans who are protesting and resisting are the ones most likely to be exiled. Wouldn’t those be the ones Canada would want, especially if war broke out and you needed fighters?

          Over 50%. Voter turnout is low & is higher among Republican voters (who are on average more able to vote due to economic and voter suppression factors). Not to mention that they aren’t the ones who’d be deported.

            They’ll be scooped up just like everyone else. They just think they won’t be. They’ll believe it’s all just a big mistake right up to the end.
