The Stamets Stack is a microdosing protocol which combines psilocybin mushrooms, Lion’s Mane mushroom, and vitamin B3. It’s named after mycologist Paul Stamets, who directly inspired the Star Trek character of the same name, from which local Lemmy legend Stamets got the username. (To be clear, there is no significant evidence, afaik, that this combination is any better than microdosing the shrooms alone)
