Rough math is every American, rich or poor, old or young, is giving Argentina $100.
Or, alternatively, every taxpayer is giving them $200. For reference this is almost three times the amount of his aid cuts from back when.
Why would the rich be part of this discussion? Not paying taxes, not giving loan to foreign countries.
That doesn’t even account for China buying all future soybeans from Argentina instead of us. Massive economic impact, even if you never interact with a farm in your lifetime…
