        I disagree.

        If I recall correctly, it is referred to as the Title when submitting the post, so it’s not unreasonable for someone to treat it like a title.

        Edit: However, the post is baiting nonsense.

    I mean, no, not by itself I guess. Racism is an attitude and “racial determinism” is a fallacy, but seeing that people of X ethnicity in Y sociocultural group at Z time often do A, B and C more than others is not racism, no.
