Instead of enforcing traffic laws, municipalities now want to turn the roads into obstacle courses so people can’t even drive at the designed speed.
They should simply enforce the law! How hard is that. You just pass the law, and the police do it!

The speed limit is a maximum, not a minimum.
Cops, even ignoring the fact that ACAB, are flawed in that they can’t enforce traffic laws everywhere all the time.
Infrastructure can make a road safe 24/7. And doesn’t discriminate nor shoot minorities.
