      You could just be more attentive and wait another second if you’re that confused by a common maneuver used by bicycles, motorcycles, and semi trucks.

        The issue isn’t bicycles, motorcycles, and semi trucks. Those folks are fine.

        It’s everyone else who does this instead of simply turning. THOSE folks can diaf.

    i’m from melbourne: the place that has the most notable implementation of hook turns

    it’s much easier to think of it not as a turn, but as joining the lanes of traffic going in the direction you’d like to turn… you’re just slipping in front of them, and then follow their traffic lights
