Funnily enough this seems to be worse for me now that I’m medicated. I used to eat when I couldn’t focus on work or when I was frustrated in general. Now I actually have the energy to do stuff again and I forget to eat way more easily. The meds also reduce my appetite which isn’t helping.

I also struggle to limit my eating unless I get focused in on something like a good video game where I all of a sudden come to my realization 10 hours later that I am so hungry I feel sick.

If I am only mildly engaged or bored or anxious, then I eat, everything

But I have found some anecdotes about Keto being good for people with ADHD, in the past I was the leanest when I was doing it, so I am giving it a try again to see if it helps.

I’m either binging or restricting. There is no “healthy food intake” season of my life yet. Getting there! Going from a stimulant to clonidine has actually helped a ton

I often do a mental check before bed to make sure I ate something that day… sometimes I haven’t, and I debate going back downstairs to make something, because if I do go make something I often won’t eat it…
