My advise to Kallas: don’t just drink, but organize systematical drinking.
Find an expert drinker, the EU equivalent of Dmitry Medvedyev. He or she should preferably be a former head of state or PM from a large country.
This person should get regularly drunk, visit Chinese embassies while sober, and taunt Trump with progress reports about European countries withdrawing from the Non-Profilferation Agreement and perspectives for a new defense alliance that is coming very soon (and will end the Russian invasion to Ukraine in 24 hours).
