    Yet again the insistence on paperwork for homeless people. I don’t know how you roll up on someone living under a bridge in winter in Minnesota and aren’t immediately concerned with getting them housing and not assuming they are illegal aliens ripe for deportation, but I’m not a complete sociopath.
